Breakfast Club & After School/ School Holiday Wrap Around Care
Out of school hours provision at The Milford Academy begins before the start of the school day at the Breakfast Club. The Breakfast Club is run by Mrs Ford and Mr Smith.
At the end of the school day there is the after school (MOOSE) Club. Since September 2025, this has been run by an external provider - Premiere Education.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club takes place every day between 7:30am and 8:35am. Children are able to attend from starting school in our Reception classes.
We are located in the Infant Hall and the club is staffed by 3 members of staff.
Breakfast Club is £4.00 per day and the cost includes a healthy breakfast. Children must arrive before 8.10am if they require breakfast.

Places need to be booked in advance unless an exceptional circumstances.
Breakfast Club places must be booked online in advance unless an exceptional circumstance. Places must be paid for using the Arbor app. Any queries please speak to someone in the school office.
After School / School Holiday Club (-was M.O.O.S.E.)
M.O.O.S.E. has been running since September 2009. Milford’s Out Of School Experience for children from Reception to Year 6.

The Club is monitored by the Local Authority and follows OFSTED guidelines and standards.
Children are collected from their class after the school day and taken to the Club to participate in a variety of carefully planned activities.
The ethos of the Club is based around a nurturing family unit. The children sit down together, and eat a light snack.
Sessions must be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance, using the direct link on the attached poster. The session begins at 3.15 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.
The after school club is located in The Den - the portable classroom on the playground on The Milford Academy site.
